Not warranty replacement parts?

To me it seems that KuKirin is mostly interested in selling as much as possible without decent customer service.

Communication is not good at all and getting replacement parts under warranty for a scooter only 2 months old seems impossible.

So I bought it myself to replace the faulty parts.
