I’m very happy with it.

A really great scooter. It looks better than most mass-market models and rides much smoother. It goes up hills easily and works well on rough or dirt roads. The battery is good, and overall it feels reliable. I’m very happy with it.
I also want to mention the support team — thank you for the quick replies and understanding!
