Wobbly rear wheel, barely any waterproofing

Firstly, when i got the scooter i noticed that the rear wheel was shaking. I contacted custumer support but they told me off that it was normal...normal...for a wheel to be wobbly?

Secondly, the display was missing a screw so it was shaking and making noise.

Thirdly, i heard that the G2 has very bad waterproofing so i went and looked and the inside had water in it, still works fortunately but for nearly 500€ i expected better...
