KuKirin G2 PRO& G2 Max Charger （Single port）2023 version

I ordered this charger and, before it was shipped, I was asked to provide a photo of the charging port. Despite this, the plug I received matches the port and is therefore incompatible.

I contacted you about this issue two weeks ago and have still not received any reply. I would like to know how to resolve this situation as soon as possible.

This lack of response is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service.
